We are invested in intervening early to prevent and delay loss of independence and the need for higher levels of care.
We employ a quality workforce who demonstrate professional behaviour, values and ethical standards. Our staff are compliant with industry standards and requirements.
Our team is led by Social Work trained individuals who are registered with Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) which ensures professional accountability.
Ardent Care is also regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure that we are safe, caring, responsive to people’s needs and are well led.
