Ardent care has a suitable solution for adults with care needs who wish to remain in their homes.

We provide suitably trained, dedicated and effectively managed live in carers on short or long-term basis to both individuals and couples.

Our main objective is to enable service users who require 24 hour care to continue living in their homes and prevent the need for residential care.

Ardent Care is regulated by the Care Quality Comission (CQC) which ensures that our service is safe, well led, effective and responsive to people’s needs thus giving you and your family total peace of mind.

To ensure that our carers are competent and safe, they undergo a rigorous recruitment process and training and are also subject to enhanced DBS checks. In addition,  our staff get regular supervison which ensures that they are competent and safe.

During the assignment our carers receive supervision and 24 hour management support.

At Ardent Care we use digital (online)care records system which ensures live monitoring of care provided to ensure that we are responsive to the service users’ ever changing needs. 

We have a family portal which allows family members or professionals to log in and follow the care provided in real time no matter where they are. 


  • We accept self-funders and those funded by Health or Social Care.
  • Service users and families may self-refer or be referred by health or care professional.
  • Following the referral, we will complete a face-to-face assessment and support planning.
  • We will carry out ongoing reviews and adjust support as required to ensure that it continues to meet needs and manage risks.
