Ardent Care offers a suitable solution for adults who have care needs and prefer to stay in their own homes. We provide well-trained, dedicated, and effectively managed live-in and homecare carers for individuals and couples, whether it’s on a short- or long-term basis.

Our main objective is to allow individuals who require 24-hour care to continue living in their homes, avoiding the need for residential care. Ardent Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring that our services are safe, well-led, effective, and responsive to the needs of our clients, providing peace of mind for you and your family.

To ensure the competence and safety of our carers, they undergo a thorough recruitment process, training, and enhanced DBS checks. Additionally, our staff receive regular supervision to maintain their competency and safety.

During assignments, our carers are constantly supervised and have access to 24-hour management support.

At Ardent Care, we utilize a digital care records system, allowing real-time monitoring of the care provided and ensuring responsiveness to the ever-changing needs of our clients. We also have a family portal that enables family members or professionals to log in and track the care being provided, no matter their location.

Referrals are accepted from self-funders, as well as from those funded by Health or Social Care. Service users and their families can self-refer or be referred by healthcare or care professionals. Once a referral is made, we conduct a face-to-face assessment and support planning. We also conduct ongoing reviews to adjust support as needed, ensuring that it consistently meets the clients’ needs and manages any risks.
